The regular 11km
course features mostly twisting single-track trails, steep and potentially slippery
sections. Watch out for the WALL and be ready for two amazing view of the Valley
on the way up. It's non-stop up to the top but once you summit, it's nothing but
fast and fun downhill running -- let gravity do all the work!
This years short course follows the same route at last year still providing amazing views of the
Cowichan Valley and more time spent on up on Tzohalem. Power hikers welcome
on this course. |
